1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LiveScore MCP ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LiveScore MCP is a free Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that provides real-time football live scores, fixtures, team statistics, and player data. The Service is provided via an SSE (Server-Sent Events) endpoint for use with MCP-compatible AI clients.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the Service
• Scrape data aggressively or in a manner that degrades the experience for others
• Use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying data sources
• Redistribute the data commercially without prior written consent

4. Rate Limits

The Service enforces rate limits to ensure fair access for all users. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary or permanent suspension of access. For commercial use or higher rate limits, contact gillis.haasnoot@gmail.com.

5. Commercial Use

The Service is free for personal and non-commercial use. Commercial use requires a separate licensing agreement. Please contact us for commercial inquiries.

6. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and timely football data, we make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the data. The data is sourced from third-party providers and may contain errors or delays.

7. Availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Intellectual Property

The LiveScore MCP source code is available on GitHub. The football data provided through the Service is owned by the respective data providers and is subject to their terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
